Chiropractic Education

Dr. Epstein was born in Queens, New York. He grew up and went to school on Long Island, did his undergraduate studies in Syracuse New York, and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the prestigious Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis Missouri. He has attended numerous post graduate seminars in the areas of Orthopedics, Neurology, Nutrition, and Sports Injuries. He has participated in various technique seminars including Diversified, Activator Instrument, Decompression, Sacro Occipital Technique, Craniopathy, Kinesiology and Myofascial trigger point release. As Dr. Epstein puts it, “as I was going through school, a wise doctor once told me that no two bodies were alike and different patients respond better to different techniques. I have learned many. It is the use of these various techniques that have allowed me to have the success I have had in my practice.

Once we find the true cause of the problem, we can address how to prevent an old problem from acting up as well as prevent future problems from developing. Education is the key. I regularly conduct free health screenings and educational workshops throughout the community. I don’t just want to help sick people. My goal is to help my patients stay well. It is always easier and less expensive to prevent a problem, than to treat it after the fact. To relieve pain, identify the problem, educate my patients on the true cause of disease, and then help prevent it from returning, that is my philosophy.
